Great company

This is the first time in xxx years I have had an insurance company that really seems to care about me and want to take care of u.s. and our vehicles. It is very easy to make payments to them. It is very easy to turn in a claim. Their app is user-friendly and yous can do almost everything y'all need to practice on it. My husband totaled his car a few months ago. I was astounded at how easy the procedure was to become it all taken care of. From the accident site nosotros went directly to a rental car agency and they already had a rental car gear up up for us. Within five days they had our totaled car assessed and a mean solar day or two later automatically deposited the coin into our account. No waiting for a paper bank check. The process was very shine and I will definitely stay with Geico. I would also like to mention that I have had Geico for the final several years and should have put in a review sooner. In the last couple years I have talked to multiple client service agents and take never spoken with somebody who was rude or cavalier. They have always been professional and very courteous.

Not like shooting fish in a barrel to navigate

My policy was about to be canceled considering the expiration date on my debit card has changed. When this happened in June I updated the account for all of my bills and online purchases. Including Geico! I had assumed my bill was beingness paid automatically as information technology had been in the by and in that location's absolutely no reason information technology should not have been. Just I received an email that I was about to be canceled and so I logged onto this app.I went to pay my bill and I noticed popped up that I must modify the expiration engagement. Easy plenty right? No no no no no no no not easy at all! I repeated this psycho about seven or 8 times where it allowed me to change my expiration engagement and so I went in and clicked pay bill and it said the expiration date has expired modify your expiration appointment and I played goofy again and again and again!!! I went to the settings only I couldn't find payment methods. I finally found something that gave me the choice of a credit card or checking account but not the selection to modify the expiration date on my debit carte du jour. Finally by random and I hateful random non intuitive clicking and clicking through and clicking through I came to a folio that allowed me to put in a new expiration date. My nib has been paid the entire process took me virtually xx minutes. I gave y'all another couple minutes of my Saturday to write/dictate this message in hopes that you improve your system for other customers. Cheers

Geico Misrepresented and now I'm out of work.

Geico misrepresented a payment on my account and my business relationship went negative while I was experiencing financial hardship. I made sure on ii different occasions that my business relationship wouldn't be charged, and I was told "Not to worry". A few days after, my account was charged and my account was overdrawn. I understand my depository financial institution account is my responsibility, and I was making it my responsibility by communicating with Geico to brand sure they wouldn't accuse my account. Geico at present tells me that it will accept several days for the $$$ to be credited to my business relationship. I made sure to follow the steps I needed to have; Geico misrepresented themselves, and did non accept consideration of my situation. This wouldn't exist such a big problem if Geico actually followed through with what they said they were going to practise… I at present have to call off an unabridged weekend of work where I tin can't go paid. Why you ask? Because I can't put gas into my car and drive to work this weekend. I work equally a DoorDash driver; and then I NEED gas in my car in order to work. I have naught credit and I have no friends or family that tin gift me funds. I am doing the best that I can, and I'm working very hard to get out of my financial hardships. Geico has royally screwed me, as I now cannot work this weekend or put nutrient onto my tabular array because of their misrepresentation. I will non be renewing my policy with them.
